Or just pause.
My mind seems to be totally disconnected.
I can't even keep up with my own thoughts...

And just like that, It's already two months. Everything's been on autopilot lately. The adjustment period was pretty fast. I was able to build new habits (and actually carrying over some of the old). Things were manageable- so far. 

Not until the sudden shutdown this week. 

When that tiny dust triggered thoughts and creates a ripple effect on your entire being. You cannot comprehend what just happened and you zoned out from everyone to prevent people from asking. You refuse to think. You just let yourself feel.

Episodes like these are like waves. I shouldn't let myself drown again. 
Slowly picking up and getting out of my head. You need to be grounded, kid.
