Taken at North Bridge
18 May 2019

Usually packed with tourists, I wonder what the mood of this area right now.

It was almost a week since the Singapore government announced a circuit breaker measure to mitigate the spread of CoVID-19. Situations are getting more surreal. Areas that were once full of life are now getting eerie. I am not sure when will this be over, or if life will get back to normal after this.

As much as I wanted to believe that "Everything happens for a reason", I can't help but be cynical if that "reason" will even be worth it. With all the casualties that has been brought by this pandemic? Will we ever find ourselves in hindsight seeing the value of what we've all been through?

Let this be over already. The world is tired.
